May 5 10am 25th Annual Cinco de Mayo Festival and Parade CiviCenter Park Broadway and Colfax Spice up your weekend and head to Civic Center Park for the largest two-day Cinco de Mayo celebration in the United States! Mexican culture fills the park with arts and crafts, Mariachi bands, colorfully costumed Aztec and Folklorico dancers, three stages featuring traditional and contemporary Latino entertainment and a variety of Mexican culinary treats.

May 26-2810am-6pm 37th Annual Territory Day Old Colorado City (Colorado Springs) Territory Days began in 1975 as the "Rampart Range Sertoma Territory Days Parade and Buffalo Barbecue". In 1976 the named was changed to Territory Days to commemorate Old Colorado City as the first capitol of the Colorado Territory in 1861. Territory Days has grown from a small neighborhood craft fair into a three-day street festival which now hosts over 180 craft, commercial and food booths.
May 26 Memorial Day Parade and Tribute Ceremony Denver will celebrate Memorial Day 2012 by commemorating those who lost their lives while serving our country during the Denver Memorial Day Parade on Saturday, May 26 at 10 a.m. The Parade is followed by the Veterans Memorial Day Tribute at the Veterans Monument. The parade will be held in Downtown Denver in and around Civic Center Park.
