DENVER SINGLE PROFESSIONALS – MEMBERSHIP
Our Denver Single Professionals are excited to meet you. They, have been joining DINNER FOR SIX since 1994. Members are looking to meet like-minded Denver single professionals. Singles professionals are tired of not meeting the right people through internet dating. Women are especially pleased to meet single professional men who enjoy dining out and who can afford more than just a drink or cup of coffee.
The membership is $799 for the 14-month first year. Sixty dollars ($60) is a non-refundable processing fee. If buying a discounted program there are no refunds.
MONTHLY DUES OR EVENT FEES
Denver single professionals may choose either a $15 event per dinner or the $25 Monthly Dues and not pay the per-event Event Fees.
DENVER SINGLE PROFESSIONALS MEMBER NOT IN GOOD STANDING
The Letter of Agreement states: Any Member who is judged undesirable by three or more Members and/or the management of DINNER FOR SIX will be subject to membership cancellation.
Denver single professionals have an option of requesting that another member be place on their “exclusion list,” this may happen when those two members have dated each other.
DENVER SINGLE PROFESSIONALS MAY PUT THEIR MEMBERSHIP “ON-HOLD”
You may put your Denver single professionals membership in DINNER FOR SIX “On Hold.” You must be “On Hold” for a minimum of two months, for us to extend your membership. After two months, your membership will be extended for one half the time you are “On Hold”.
REFUNDS
There are no refunds if you bought a discounted membership or a renewal membership for the DINNER FOR SIX, Denver single professionals. Initial members, that bought a full membership may attend two dinners and if DINNER FOR SIX has not met the expectations listed by the member on The Expectations and Goals of the Profile, discontinue their membership with a refund, minus the processing charge, within the first 30 days, within these terms.
- Member must notify DINNER FOR SIX within 7 days of the second dinner in writing or email.
- Member must state in writing how DINNER FOR SIX did not meet the Expectations and Goals of their Profile.
- If Member has not contacted DINNER FOR SIX within seven days of the second dinner, Member will lose refund eligibility.
DINNER AVAILABILITY
A “Dinner Availability” e-mail is sent each weekend to members of DINNER FOR SIX requesting your available dates for the following week. Once we know when you are available, we will contact you with a “Confirmation to a Dinner.”
It is essential that you respond with either a YES or NO as soon as possible, or an alternate date. A “NO RESPONSE” is not an answer nor is it courteous. After you have accepted a dinner invitation, we will contact you later in the week with details of your dinner. If you do not hear from us by the day of your dinner, call us. Call both the office and the restaurant if you have a last minute emergency cancellation.
DINNER MATES – MEETING DENVER SINGLE PROFESSIONALS
Our intention is to arrange dinners for you that are a combination of new people and some previously met. Our goal is to introduce you to two new (to you) members of the opposite sex at each of your dinners, after four months the program does repeat itself. Whether a new member or “old member” you never know when time is “right,” for a great connection.
Due to last minute cancellation you may have dinner mates who are a couple of years out of your age group preferences. The dinner mate selection process is very complex. Member’s schedules change at the last minute, the makeup of the group will too.
NUMBER OF DINNERS
The number of dinners a member may attend is based upon availability of other members of DINNER FOR SIX who have common Profile Preferences. People’s schedules change often and may leave us “short” a dinner mate for a dinner, often we may have a back-up but some of those back-up you will have met at a previous dinner.
CANCELLATION & “NO SHOWS”
If the member cancels a dinner less than 48 hours before a dinner the Member owes a $45 Cancellation fee. Group Events have their own RSVP/pay-in-full deadlines as listed in the Calendar. If you cancel your reservation after the RSVP deadline you are responsible for full payment. DINNER FOR SIX is not responsible for Members “no-showing” for a dinner. A Member not showing and not calling to cancel a booked dinner will owe a $60 “no-show fee.” Denver Single Professionals are responsible for all individual charges incurred in booking/ticketing and at the dinner/event.
BAD WEATHER
In extreme weather, if we need to cancel a dinner we will leave a message at your home and at the restaurant. Please check those numbers if you are in doubt. If you feel conditions are not safe, please call both the restaurant and the office to let us know you will not make it. You will not be charged the event fee, if you call.
